F3109 Table Records

When we began using JDE two years ago, we set up a about 500 items as Rate Schedule items. Since then we have determined all of those items should be period of supply items. We've changed the category code on the item master/branch to reflect this but still have the Line/Item Relationships set up in P31093. Would like to know if we can just wipe out all the records in the F3109 table or is that data relevant to something else in JDE?
