In which specific applications does the Flash Message (IFLA - 40/FL) functionality appear/work and how can I find the "appropriate function" for each application referenced in this statement: "If the number is highlighted, you can access the message by placing the cursor on the item number and performing the appropriate function called for by the program" ?
