Grid Infrastructure, standalone ASM – no RAC no clustering of any kind.

I have some systems running under vbox that I try as best as possible to keep configured exactly the same as my live servers.  I am currently trying to rectify a few differences in the oracle restart configuration.

Discrepancies were discovered when I ran the command 

crsctl status resource –p

against the two systems (one, my actual test server, the other it’s vbox equivalent).  I come up with discrepancies I’m having trouble rectifying

Number 1:

On the live system, one of the database resources reports
