Xstore Office Installation Issues

I am getting the below error while installing XStore office and Xadmin web application is not coming up any idea what is happening

1. I have verified  Java , Customer 3 digits extension etc.. any pointers will help

dtv.util.crypto.SecretKeyCipherStoreException: C:\xcenter-config\res\keys\config.2016-09-21.cip is corrupt or has been tampered with
