Wave Plan

We are trying to create a new wave plan plus add a sql statement in the Advanced Criteria tab.  Each time we SAVE and go back into the Plan, the data in the criteria tab is blank.

We have tried, SAVE, Save as Template, Firm Plan and each time we go back into it the fields are blank.

We are on R12.1.2
