Error in Emloyee Self Service responsibility functions

Hi Experts,

One user is getting error while using Personal Details and Bank Account Details functions under custom Employee Self Service responsibility.

Error: Payroll not setup correctly (for bank details function) and suspended and terminated assignment (for Personal Details function).

Employee assignment is active from his hire date (15-Aug-2016) and all assignment details are valid (Organization, Job, Position, Grade etc)

Please help in resolving the issue.
