Shopping cart: columns (price & amount) became updateable after a patch was applied ?

after a patch was applied, the columns (Price & amount) of the page "oracle/apps/icx/por/req/webui/ShoppingCartPG"  became updateable.

FYI, the read only attribute for these columns was set programmatically in the controller class. see (oawebbean10 and oawebbean12) the attached txt file.

I already checked and there is no changes in the controller class before and after the patch.

also, I tried to make it read only by personalization on (site level, Org level and responsibility level) but it doesn't work.
