If a new secondary ledger is defined in Oracle EBS, all the previous JE in the primary book can be c

Currently two ledgers are setup, but the second ledger has some issues, some JE are duplicated and others are not being posted.

If a new secondary ledger is configured, all JE from the previous periods in the primary ledger, can be posted in the new secondary ledger?

Any suggestion would be welcome.
