Oracle Database 12c latest pach (version)

Dear All,

Presently we are using oracle database 11.2.0.3.0 with 64bit enterprise edition  (IBM/AIX RISC System/6000: Version 11.2.0.3.0 - Production). Now we want to move 12c with latest release. It will be very helpful for us if anybody know the latest and stable version of 12c with ekit/part no.
