Ship Confirmation (R47500) is not depleting inventory from F41021

Hi,

We have an issue with the Ship Confirmation job (R47500) where it is not depleting inventory from F41021. This issue is happening at least once in a day.

We couldn't able to replicate the issue in lower environments.

But when we check the data in sales ledger, the statuses are moving correctly , but the quantity ordered value ( in F42199) is updated with blank after the ship confirm. Also this transaction ( Depleting inventory from the shipping location)  is not recorded in Item Ledger.

Appreciate your thoughts on this issue.
