FSG Heavy Issue

We are facing an issue while we run heavy FSGs its expands branch level & we are 1400 branches in our bank.

The issue is that when we run those reports so its take too much time even 2 or 3 days after it going to error.

Tell me is there any Function to run quick these heavy FSGs.or any other thing to get this easy.

this is serious issue pls do the needful.
