Update Standard Costs Behavior for Identical Costs

Hi All,

We have the below scenario to be tackled for the item.

Item :   XYZ

Org:    ABC

Cost: 10$ (Frozen and Pending bucket)

Based on Cost Roll up flag:

Pending = No  (New record in Pending bucket was imported by Cost Import process with identical cost in Frozen bucket but with BOCR flag = N)

Frozen = Y

Run Update standard costs.

Program does not update frozen bucket because costs in Pending and Frozen buckets are identical.

However only BOCR flag is different.

How to cascade the BOCR flag in Pending to Frozen bucket?

I understand this might not be a valid scenario for some biz because of 0$ cost.
