OTL Task default issue

Hi All,

    I Edited my Admin template, put "310.1 Expense-Expense" into the task, applied the changes, and Oracle confirmed that it saved the changes. However, when I edit the template again, the task is showing Blank.

Kindly let me know is this Intended functionality of Oracle that any task wont appear default? or Require any specific setup required to appear Task default when I open My Template.
