SSHR Initiator SIT for Non SSHR USER (How to Get Data)

Hello Guys

I was working on an SIT, where the manager(SSHR user) initiates a loan request for an employee(Non SSHR User).

i have created the SITand manager is also able to search the employee as well and is able to create the loan request.

now manger is trying to enter the employee data in the segments of the SIT but is unable to enter the employee data instead the manager's own data is being picked up.

I know that i need to change the Query i entered in the Value sets i used for the segment.

can anyone help in getting the query right... i want to pick up grade and identification number of the employee.
