Actual Freight into material overhead

How to move the actual freight cost into the Material Overhead.  We are planning to use the Average Costing

a) We issued an PO to the supplier for the components required in Operation 10 of the Discrete Job.  The PO issued to supplier doesn't include the freight cost, because it is not negotiated upfront.

b) Supplier shipped the items to the shop floor.  If there is any PPV then it will go the WIP Job.

c) Supplier sent the invoice along with the freight amount. 

Now, how can we move this actual freight cost into the Material Overhead of the discrete job.  Is there any extension available to achieve this if out of box functionality is not available.
