Unable to enter value for Inventory Item for Freight in OM System Parameters

We created a new OU and are setting up the Order management module. We are unable to enter value for Inventory Item for Freight in OM System Parameters The item that we intend to use is already created in the Inv Orgs of the new OU and we also compiled the KFF but that didnt help Any suggestion / direction is appreciated Thanks
