Canada HR/Payroll Implementation - Licensing Question

We are currently running US HR/Payroll only and are starting efforts to implement new business in Canada which will require running Canadian HR/Payroll.  Our current license only states "JDEdwards EnterpriseOne Human Resources" and "JDEdwards Enterprise One Payroll".

Does anyone know if these licenses includes all of North America, or only US?
