Oracle APEX Upgrade from 4 to 5

we  have recently upgraded our APEX Application Express 4.1.0.00.32 to 5.0.4.00.12 after that we are facing a lot of issues

Internet explorer

Both  designer and Applications pages load very slow .

Designer .

We cannot work as mouse click and response are not in sync. Can't  even switch between different View (Page designer/Page) or objects (shared/Page items).

Report /form

We can’t see Mouse pointer sometimes,

Switching between Pages via clicking Tabs is also slow,

Mouse Hover response very slow!

Logo (Picture) renders after some times

If we try to access report page ,if it has  more than 2000 rows ,page will become lifeless !
