Internal Move Order Communication between 2 orgs

1. Create Service Request# 1and Repair Order#1  in OU1 Org 1

2. Receive the customer item in Org1

3. From Repair Order page > Logistics tab > Internal Move Orders from Actions

4. Input the details for the receiving operating unit 2 Org 2 and inventory details in the Internal Move Order Page

5. Internal Requisition and Internal Sales Order gets created automatically

6. From the same page, select the record & the serial number. Click on the 'Pick Release' and finally Ship the product to OU2 Org 2.

How the receiving org will know against which IR, receiving should be made. Should the user access the same SR#1, RO#1 and same page where Org 1 made the shipment to make receiving in OU2 and Org 2? What if Org 1 doesnt want to share the SR#1 and RO#1 with OU2 and Org2?
