REM - Estimated EP and Payment Terms

For those of you that calculated Estimated EP using the R15102/R15113, how did you get the correct payment terms to write to recurring billing?  EP settlements have different payment terms than recurring billing.  The R15102 is using the payment terms from the F15012B instead of the Lease master F1501B.  Thank you
