Journal Approval in General Ledger

Hi,

There is a requirement from our Client that couple of the business users from core accounting group should have access to approve all the journals.

In other words, they are considered to be the Super users who can approve any journal.

Can you please let me know if this is any standard functionality available as part of version 12.2.5
