Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Cannot enter Tamaulipas in Location State

Oracle Financials release 11.5.10.2

When I try to enter a Location with a Mexico address in the state of Tamaulipas, I get this error:

APP-FND-01030: Value TAMPS is longer than its maximum length of 4 characters.

The FND_LOOKUP_VALUES table is where it gets this value. Can I change it to "TAMP" in this table without causing other issues?
