OPatch lsinventory doesn't displaying applied patches

I have applied Security Patch Update CPUOct2015 (Patch 21845960) for Oracle Fusion Middleware 10.1.3.5 on this August 2016. Now when i tried to search the patch applied or not with OPatch lsinventory, it doesn't display the applied patch. Any idea's why this happens
