How Do I Create Additional Options to Existing Merit Plan in Compensation Workbench?

in Compensation and Benefits - EBS (MOSC) Question

I created a new merit plan for 2016 processing with 3 Options (Merit, Lump Sum, Top Individual Incentive Award) in 2017 I need to add Top Performance.  I want the options to be display in CWB as 1) Merit 2) Lump Sum 3) Top Performance and 4) Individual Award.  I'm having difficulties on adding the TP option to the existing plan and advise on best practice to do this?
