adop cutover failed during java upgrade. Need to clean up and fs_clone patch filesystem

I am working in our first upgraded environment going from 11.5.10.2 to 12.2.5 running on Solaris SPARC 64. I have had a number of successful adop sessions, but the last one, where I was upgrading java, caused problems. Of course the cold backup was no longer available, and I have not been given enough disk space to run in archive log mode for flashback or for rman backups. With that said, when did do the cutover it moved some of the files from the patch filesystem to the run filesystem then failed due to some JVM incompatibilities. The best thing
