Create SR/SO from OM RMA Lines not creating Service Order

Create SR/SO from OM RMA Lines creates the SR for the item that is received but doesnt create the Service order on the serial number that I received.

When I manually ope the above SR, and click save then it creates a Service Order either by creating an instance or by showing the pop-up Add to IB or Save as-is.

Any specific setup is needed for the Service order to get created?
