local Policy - From Parent Realm to Child Realm

Can some please post an exmaple configuration of how a local policy configuration directing traffic from a parent to child realm and child to parent realm would look like. This has been puzzling me for a while and I cant seem to get it to work. Note the child realm is a media only realm hence all SIP signalling is handled at the parent realm.
