Non-Serialized Rebuildable work order completion page - Completion sub inventory and locator fields

R12.2.5

Even after disabling custom controller on the page(no other personalizations as well), the fields still don't show up. They are appearing for capital asset's work order completion though. Anyone has seen this behaviour before? It works well in another instance, but that's a development instance and so don't want to rely on that.
