Is there any possibility to run single Assignment rule in Batch process?

Hi Expert,

Is there any possibility to run single Assignment rule in Batch process?

For example:

I have 3 assignment rule with same assignment object (Lead).

AM rule -1

AM rule-2

AM rule-3

When I am executing batch (Job) process I want to run only AM rule-3? Is it possible? If you know the solution please share with me.

Note: Now it is taking all the rule which is associated assignment object(lead).
