IB instance creation in R12.2.5 will not go via SFM

Hi,

Most recently we're working on a R12.2.5 Vision instance and happened to see that the IB instances were not getting created for a Non-Shippable/Non-transactable items. When we're debugging, we didn't find any records in the SFM queue. Does it mean that in 12.2.5 for IB creation, system will not use SFM unlike in 11.5.10 and 12.1 all IB transactions goes through SFM queue manager (if SFM bypass is not checked in IB parameters) first to have the instances created in the install base.

Can someone advise if my understanding is correct w.r.t IB creation in 12.2.5?
