Abilitiy to Mass Load Items for Oracle Security

I am an Oracle EBS Security Analyst - I deal with the provisioning of Oracle Roles and Responsibilities, and the creation and maintenance of those Roles and Responsibilities.

My organization is in need of the ability to Mass load Oracle Security items.

1. Ability to Upload and Assign Roles to Users

2. Ability to Upload Roles and Responsibilities

3. Ability to Update Roles and Responsibilities (Make changes to, Role, Responsibilities, Menus, Functions

4. Ability to Update – (Start Date, End Date) of those Roles and Responsibilities

5. Ability to Update – User Profile (Start Date, End Date)

6. Ability to Reset Passwords / Mass Reset User Passwords

When I say mass load here are a couple examples of what I mean.
