Can we control SI orders to not process through sales update if R4210IC has not run forthe SI/SK/Ok

Hi,

My client is hesitant in accepting the SI/SK/OK approach to create inter-company orders based on header and detail Branch-plants. There are multiple concerns however one of the important concern is processing inter-company orders are not driven by Order Activity rule. Shipment confirm can run R4210IC in subsystem but even if there is any error, SI will be processed through sales order update.

I have proposed modifying the data selection to check if inter-company flag in F42119, SO01 is activated then the corresponding SK order should exist in related order number. Is are any better approach which I might be missing to prevent SI orders to go through R42800 if R4210IC did not run or gave any error.

Howdy, Stranger!
