ORA-235 occurred during an un-locked control file transaction

Dear,

I have had the ORA-235 error in alert.log (Oracle 12c).

"Error ORA-235 occurred during an un-locked control file transaction.  This error can be ignored.  The control file transaction will be retried."

I did not find anything about it.

I would like know in which situations this error happens.
