Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi all,

Navigation such as, Asset: Capital > Hierarchy > can be used to navigate between web pages.

In some cases this Navigation is not effectively generating.

For an example please refer the below screenshots

As per the above screen shot, user has navigated to the asset detail web page for a particular asset through the hierarchy.

However as shown in the image above, the user cannot go back to the 'asset hierarchy' using the navigation ( to the top left).

Navigation allows only to the asset page, where the user has to re query the hierarchy.This might not be user friendly.
