Web Client Exception Error while doing Invoice entries in application P4313

Hello,

Apps :e900 and tools 9.1.3.4 we are on.

Finance users are doing Invoice entries  and when they select entries and hit save , they are getting

"there was a problem with the server while running business function F4313EditLine. The server may be still available , because of the state information entire work must be resubmitted............."

WEB CLIENT EXCEPTION : An exception has been caught by web client , please contact your system admin. there was a problem with the server while running business function F4313EditLine. The server may be still available , because of the state information entire work must be resubmitted............."

Is this a known bug ? is there a fix ?
