Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Stand rate of a plan is not showing correctly on participant enrollment results?

I am new to OAB,

Have created a new plan and link to pgm etc... Define the standard rate for this plan.

When we enroll a person to this plan, I see a different rate of this plan on the enrollment result screen?

Did I miss any step in order to fix this?

Anyhelp will be appreciated.
