Creation/Add a new CSI

Hi, I have a new CSI to Register within Oracle Support.

So I logged in and opened "Administratives" , "Support Identifiers" window. then I clicked on "Support Identifiers" tab and get a window where others CSI are already registered. then, I clicked on the "new" button" and get a new window with different fields such as "Organistation/Accounts", "Name", ... as depicted in the following snappe picture :

In the first mandatory field, I cant change/ add a new "Organization/Account", which is linked to the new CSI i have to create.

If I try to search for this new CSI, I cant find any information.
