in Linux Operating System (MOSC) Question

Hi,

I installed my Vision Demo on my local laptop and when I lunch the localhost.localdomain:8000

I am getting this error:

I am not a Linux Admin but would like to know the Step by step command to turn of idempotent and resolve this issue.

No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.
