FDMEE Duplicate mapping issue

Hi all,

In FDMEE there's a known bug that you can create explicit mappings even if the same source has been mapped before explicitly. And this causes Data Load to fail without giving any logical error report.

Since I've seen this before a couple of times actually, I know it is a duplicate mapping issue when it looks like the most of the dimensions don't have any mappings when I check the validation error tab.

But knowing the cause of the problem doesn't make it any easier to solve it. Because going through tousands of explicit mappings to spot the one that has a duplicate is not easy.
