Smartview warning message

Could not see an answer to my error on the forums.

when i start excel, which has had the smartview add in installed (64bit version) i keep on getting a windows installer box pop up and  and uninstall and then install  FRSV provider.msi.

Not sure what is causing this, I have uninstalled smartview several times and tried a fresh install.. I have even stopped all my AV to see if that was causing an issue..

Any ideas what i need do..Other colleagues do not experience they same issue, but they are all on the  32 bit version of smartview.
