EBS upgradation from 11i to R12.2.4(Win 2003 to Win 2012 R2)

Hi All,

I have to start up-gradation of EBS as per below requirement:

EBS 11.5.10.2 to R12.2.4

EBS DB 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.4

Windows 2003 to 2012 R2(64 bit or 32 bit)

Then later we are planning to upgrade to EBS DB to 12c from 11.2.0.4.

Can anyone please let me know what is best approach to proceed this up-gradation.

Also, Please provide oracle note id's and forums/blogs which are useful.
