Password globaly policy issue in 9.2

Hi All,

I defined the global policies in P98OWSEC, it works fine while changing the password from Action-System Option-change password and from web login "Force Immediate Password Change"  but when i am changing the password from JDE admin account for any user using P98OWSEC and row exit "Admin Password Revs." it is accepting all passwords, that global policy is not working while using "Admin Password Revs". is there any bug or issue in 9.2?
