Interface between EBS Field Service Wireless and a 3rd party map software

We are using Field Service Wireless application for field engineer debriefing. As i know, there is a function called "Getting driving directions" which could help user to find way to customer site. The original integrated map software is google map. But in some area, we may need a more powerful map software for engineers so they could find their ways better.

My concern is how can we connect the Field Service Wireless to a 3rd party map software. Does oracle have any technical documents for the interface between FSW and google map? How we use it?

Do you have any real cases that have this kind of development? Please share to me, thanks!
