Receiver Cost Adjustments API

Can someone tell me the name of the API that can be used to create Receiver Cost Adjustments in RMS? As per RMS implementation guide, ReceiverCostAdjustments- An API executed when invoicematching discrepancies are resolved through a receiver cost adjustment. So this API should be existing in ReIM and should trigger the cost updates to Shipment and PO tables in RMS.
