How to resolve an Error while Work Order Issue stating RG23 Part1 balance do not exist

Hi team,

While work order issue through 'Stores' tab, we are facing an error stating 'RG23 Part1 balance do not exist'. Can somebody explain how to resolve this issue?

Please take a note that the concerned inventory item is transferred to the eAM org and not received through purchase route.
