Need a A5 printer driver definition

Hi,

I need to define a A5 format printer driver (portrait). I was not able to find any official notes in MOS (only for A4). It's OK for me to define a custom one (prt file and setup in EBS) but unfortunately i don't have complete specifications for that. i only know paper size (148 x 210 mm).

Is there someone who has already done that in EBS and who could give me the informations ?
