Academic Advisement - COBOL Error Messages

Hello.

Now that I'm well on my way with the setup needed to generate an academic advisement report, I keep running into error messages when clicking the Process Request button (initiates the COBOL SRPCAARC) on the Request Advisement Report page (SAA_RPT_RQST).  We keep finding that we're missing .dms files?

This is the latest error message:
