Bundle Patch 22809813

Hello

I have a quick question about Bundle Patch 22809813.  We have a few Oracle databases of version 12.1.0.2 on Windows 2012 R2 servers.

The databases have been created a few years back and have been patched up to 22809813.

We are now building a new server - Windows 2012 R2 with Oracle 12.1.0.2.

Is there any issue in applying the Bundle Patch after the Oracle Home is created, before the Database has been created?

We thought we could install the patch before we create the database so that there is no downtime required to be scheduled to apply the Bundle Patch after the database has been created.
