When do Auto Submit / Auto Review Rules on Profiles Run in ARM? Can they be re-run?

We have a format that has a rule assigned to 'Auto Copy Transactions from the Prior Period'.

We then have a rule on the format that 'Auto Submit Reconciliation' if the Unexplained Difference in the Reporting Currency Bucket is between -100 and 100 for all currencies (see screen shot below):

Couple of comments/questions:

  • Comments:
    • The Auto Copy Transaction rule appears to run when you 'Open' a period
    • The Auto Submit rules does NOT appear to be running at all
  • Questions:
    • Can you re-run the Auto Copy Transaction rules after a period has been opened?
    • When do the rules assigned to a Format run?
