How to assign territory to salesperson via API?

Good day, i'm searching for a way to assign a terrotory to a salesperson via API, Does somebody know how to do that?, In the next image I show where I want to see the territory assigned to the salesperson, this data block save the data in the ra_salesrep_territories table.
